Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this historical building in the heart of Genova harbour was a delightful experience. The room, complete with a round bed, was spacious and comfortable, along with the bathroom. However, the characters surrounding the area after dark can be a bit sketchy, despite the convenient location not far from Genoa Principe station.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms exceeded my expectations for space, comfort, and cleanliness, and I was welcomed with a lovely platter of small cakes. The service was friendly and top-notch, making me feel extremely welcome and cared for. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, ensuring a convenient and safe stay. The dining experience was generous and varied, although a bit basic at times. Overall, a great value for money stay with fantastic amenities.
The hotel was incredibly large, and we were delighted to find some prosecco and treats in our room. The service was amazing and so welcoming, with staff ready to welcome us and escort us to park our car. The location is safe and near the aquarium, but the surrounding characters after dark could be sketchy. The dining experience was generous, offering a wide selection of bakery items, fruits, and yogurts, but the facilities could be improved.
